I love this little mermaid, she looks so happy and relaxed.
I coloured her with the Stampin' blends and sponged around the edges so she looks like she's under the sea. I then used a combination of DSP and cardstock on the card front and embellished with the new adhesive sequins and pearls coloured with the blenders.
Cardstock: Night of Navy, Crumb cake, Pool party, Bundle of Love DSP.
