I used Embossing paste to make the background for the card front.
I then stamped the dragon and the flames. I fussy cut them out (although this set does has thinlits).
I coloured the stamped image using Stampin' blends and water colour pencils.
Cardstock: Cajun craze, Basic black.
Stamp sets: Magical Day, Picture Perfect Birthday.
Accessories: Embossing paste, palette knives, masks, Stampin' blends,
Water colour pencils, Classic label punch, Dimentionals.
