Card and a Cuppa - Bubble Wrap Technique - Submarine Life

 

For a recent “Card and a Cuppa” we played with bubble wrap to create a fun background for Cardmaking. 

This technique seemed a perfect match with the Submarine Life bundle. 

Punching the submarine out with the coordinating punch and fussy cutting the other little sea friends to create a super cute under water card.
