Make it Monday - Lights Aglow Suite - Water Colouring

My Make it Monday this week was a water colour/emboss resist technique that I saw over on the 

Victoria Paper Shaper’s Facebook page.

It’s a great technique and turns out slightly different every time. 

I found the white embossing powder gave the best results.
