Using the KISS principle I made 10 of these cards fairy quickly on the weekend.
I love the Filigree Frame EF. Covered a piece of cardstock with washi tape (which I seem to collect).
I then layered it on some cherry cobbler card, embellished with some ribbon and a retired greeting.
10 quick cards. Done.
