It was in one of the CSP Magazines recently by Marelle Taylor.
Narelle saw it and decided to have a go at making it.

Inside the envelopes at the back a "sweet treat cup" was inserted,
inside the sweet treat cup, rub ons or stamped images were placed.
A Christmas message was stamped on the opening inside flap of the envelope.
Inside the "sweet treat cup" was of course a sweet treat.
The envelopes were tied with 1/8" taffeta ribbon and some 1 1/4" striped grosgrain ribbon was used around the wreath for further decoration.
The envelopes were attached to the wreath using a hot glue gun.

Narelle brought it up from Canberra with her to share the treats with us.
We had to eat all the treats in one go on Christmas Eve.
How lucky am I to have such a creative downline and sister.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteYour "new look" Blog is great, very different to the previous version.
The sweet treats were a bit of fun and very tasty.
Love ya.
I know this post is almost 12 months old but I had to add that I simply LOVE this!! I remember seeing it in the magazine and fell in love with the concept. :) I'm going to do this for my friends this year for Christmas - such a cool idea! Xx
