Perfect Peacock

One of the beautiful stamps in the catalogue is the Perfect Peacock stamp. This stamp tends to lean towards a lot of colouring but I decided to heat emboss it with white embossing powder on black cardstock and bling it up with some sequins. End result is quite specy.

Sheltering Tree

Some more cards made using the Sheltering Tree Stamp set. The current Stamping and Card Making magazine had this set of cards in it. So I cased them using Baked Brown Sugar cardstock (which is retiring) as the base. I changed the layout a little as well.

Sheltering Tree

This is a great stamp set with so many options
These 2 cards are another way to use this stamp set. I got inspiration for the card on the left from Pinterest. Using the wrong side of the foliage stamp to give a solid image and then stamp the the right side of the foliage in a darker colour or even red to create the effect of an apple tree, so many options. The card on the right I got the inspiration from the recent SU convention. By using sponge daubers I created the foliage of the tree.

Perfect Peacock

I cased this card from an SU event in January this year.
This shows the technique of embossing to the max.
Simply stamped in versamark ink and embossed using gold embossing powder,
you get a stunning end result.
Bling it up with a lot of pearls and you have a simple but elegant card.
