Chalkboard Paper & Colour Box Ink

Playing with the Chalkboard paper and Colour box ink.

Moving Out - Loads of Love

My baby girl (17yr old) moved out last weekend.
She's moved closer to her dance studio at St Leonards where she's in her
2nd year of full time classical ballet school.
She's sharing a unit with 2 other girls at the same dance studio.
Livy is now only 10 minutes walk and bus ride to the studio compared
to 1 1/2 hours commute that she did last year.
I'm already missing her.
I pulled out my very first stamp set I got in my starter kit - "Loads of Love" this set is now retired
along with the wheel of all the buildings (can't remember it's name.
There are just some sets I can't part with.
I've coloured the buildings and little truck with blendabilities.

Silver Anniversary Card

Friends of ours celebrate their 25th Wedding Anniversary this weekend.
I decided to make a card for them and creative ideas were lacking. So I cased one of my own cards I'd made for my wedding card sale box.
All products SU:-
Cardstock: Basic Grey, Smoky Slate, Whisper White, All is Calm DSP.
Inks: Smoky Slate.
Stamps: Happy Hour, Teeny Tiny Sentiments.
Accessories: Word Window punch, Modern Label punch, Silver ribbon, Dimentionals, rhinestones, Oval Framelits, Retired EF, alphabet/number dies.

That's the Ticket 18th Birthday Card

This card is for a family friend who has just done her HSC and has deferred her Uni course to do an exchange student programme for 6 months in Italy. She'll be living 20 minutes out of Milan.
She flys out the day before her 18th birthday. How exciting for her.
I've used a combination of SU products and raided my non SU stash as well.

Washi tape and ribbon storage

Got this great idea off Pinterest.
A multiple trouser hanger I purchased from Big W.
Great for storing my Washi tape and ribbons.
I've realised I need some more current ribbon.

This calendar is a kit from the new Occasionals Catalogue. It comes with all embellishments you need. You can also get the stamp set that goes with the calendar, especially useful if you're into Project Life as well.
I'll be running a class in February where you can make your very own perpetual calendar. Keep watching the side bar for classes.

Sheltering Tree

I love this new stamp set that's in the Occasional Catalogue that goes live on the 6th January. The stamp set has lots of little accessories that can go under the tree, a bike, swing, rake and has a group of lovely sayings as well. On the second card I've used one of the new EF hearts.

Builder Bow Punch Cards

I was playing with some new products that will be released next week with the
"Occassionals Catalogue".
I cased this card straight from the catty.
I used a new stamp set called
"Crazy About You" for the greeting.

This card is the same but I added a bit of colour with some
"Coastal Cabana" embossed card behind the bows
using a new EF "Spring Flowers".
I've used "Crazy About You" stamp set again for the greeting.

Four Feathers & Washi tape card

I got to play with Four Feathers and the matching Framelits on the weekend.
I used some Washi tape and stamped and cut out the feathers.
I attached the feathers with glue dots then tied some Linen thread around them and attached then using dimentionals.
I stamped the greeting from a new stamp set called "Crazy about You".
