Baby Card

I had the need to make a baby card this week.
One of the ladies in my new stamp club had a

So I rumaged through my pre- SU stash and
discovered this little cutie.
Baby cards are happy cards.
Welcome to the world little one.

Cardstock: Bashful Blue (R), So Saffron, Watercolour paper.
SU Stamps: Short & Sweet (R)
Accessories: Big Shot, Perfect Polka Dot EF, Watercolour Crayons (R),

Bon Voyage Card

A Bon Voyage card was needed by Olivia for one of her friends who is going overseas on an exchange student programme. Hannah is going for 5 months to Germany. Hannah will miss the rest of Year 10, the year 10 formal and if Olivia gets into the full time elective ballet school next year, this next week will be there last week together at school.
I rummaged through my "non SU" stash and this is the card I made for Hannah. What a wonderful experience for a 16 year old. Have fun Hannah. :)

Craft day with Friends

Once a month I get to catch up with some "crafty" friends.
These are the cards we made this month.
It's so nice to play with different products and get
new ideas from other crafty people.

Birthday Book for S-I-L

I made Trish (my S-I-L) this Birthday Book
as one of her gifts for her Birthday.
I added a few cards.
She can write up family and friend's birthdays and buy cards
when needed.
I think Trish will like her Birthday Book.

Craft Cave Door Sign

At the end of last year I relocated my "craft cave" to another room (upstairs),
allowing hubby to have a study (downstairs) where he could make OS telephone calls
at all hours of the night for business, without disturbing the family.
I received this beautiful envelope from my good friend Felicity (with a b'day card)
this year.  The envelope is just too gorgeous to discard.
So it is now on the door of my new "Craft Cave", so everyone who enters
knows who's in the room!

Felicity has used:
Natural Compositions DSP
Delicate Doilies
Trinkets
Vintage ribbon trim
Bakers Twine.

Love my new sign on my door.

Thank you cards for my DSP paper share

I like doing a DSP paper share every new catalogue.
I really like having the papers to show customers.
I had 36 people join in this year, so a lot of cutting and colour coding was required.
I received many fb messages and Stampin connections messages and a few cards, thanking me for my time and effort.

Love receiving happy mail.

Swing Flip Flop Card - Upsy Daisy

This was the other card we made at stamp club on the weekend.
You may know my fetish for fancy fold cards. This one came together very nicely.
I've used the Upsy Daisy image although this stamp set has retired, this image has returned in the floral set of "The best of 25 years" which is available through to April 2014.
This card will be sent to my sister in law for her "big" birthday this year. We both are of the same vintage and had big birthdays to celebrate.

My Digital Studio

These are my first samples of playing with My Digital Studio.
No embellishing or tweeking just plan old photos.
These are some photos from Matt's Year 12 formal in 2011.
I think I'm going to have lots of fun with this new style of scrapbooking.

Proud Mother Moment

This is my beautiful daughter, some amazing images captured at a recent photo shoot with her dance studio and one whilst performing her classical solo at a recent eisteddfod.
Had to share as I'm so proud of her.

Field Flowers

Field Flowers is a lovely 2 step stamp set
This is one of the cards we made with my Stamp Club ladies today.
Kristie requested anything in purples, so Wisteria Wonder and Elegant Eggplant seemed to fit the bill.
I've also used the gorgeous background stamp En Francais, some very vanilla seam binding ribbon, some layering and a greeting using some circle punches and a gorgeous card is the end result.
We also made another card but I haven't taken a photo of it yet, so will post it soon.

Papillon Potpourri

I had a workshop this week and these are the items that we made.
We used the Papillon Potpourri stamp set and butterfly punches.
I find the co-ordinating stamp sets and punches from SU one of the best sellers with customers.
We also made this cute little tea bag holder using more of the SU punches.
