18th Birthday Card

Matthew turns 18 on March 25th. I can't believe our boy is 18!
I wanted to make a special card for him.
This Tri-fold card I enlarged from the standard measurements so that it is a bit bigger than normal.
I do feel a little pressure when making cards for the family, I always want them special and perfect. I'm not sure if I always achieve it but I am happy with this card.

All SU products used:
Cardstock: Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Basic Black,
Well Worn DSP.
Inks: Versamark, Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler.
Stamp sets: Need for Speed, Grunge Rock
Accessories: Big Shot, small alphabet dies, clear EP, heat gun, 1 1/4" square punch, metalic brads, crop-a-dile, (jumbo eyelets retired).

This is a great male card. I like all the layers and the colours. I can tell alot of attention to detail went into this one. I am sure he will love any card you make and i hope Matt has a wonderful birthday. I really like the way you have placed the car and guitar, very clever.

WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES

I run all kinds of Classes and I also do traditional Workshops/Parties.

A Workshop/Party is free. A Hostess (that could be you!) holds the event, sends out invitations and provides simple refreshments. I demonstrate 2 projects (usually 2 cards) and everyone gets to make them. Orders are placed, and you earn Hostess $$$$ that can be spent on any product from the current catalogue.

Stamp-a-Stack is exactly as it sounds - you will make 4 cards, cost is $25 (cash).

Technique Class is where you can learn more complex Stamping Techniques. You make 2 cards with envelopes and take home technique notes for $25 (cash).

Stamp Club. 6 people are needed to make a stamp club. Stamp Club meets every 2nd month. You make 2 projects each meeting. $50 is required to be spent by each club member on Stampin' Up products every meeting. Each person gets a turn at receiving the Hostess Benefits. We meet at my house or the members houses, Tea/coffee/light refreshments are provided by the hostess. Contact me if you are interested in being in a Stamp Club.
